Airmen from the 521st Contingency Response Squadron welcome back a Contingency Support Element from their forward-deployed location during exercise Bamboo Eagle 24-3 August 6 at Edwards Air Force Base, California. A CSE is a quick-response team that contains aerial porters, defenders and maintainers that can be quickly tasked to locations to support Air Combat Command scheme of maneuvers and Mission Generated Force Element movements.
