CRW Airmen stationed at Travis AFB return from deployment
Col. Chuck Henderson, 621st Contingency Response Wing commander, welcomes home CRW Airmen at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., upon completing a four-month deployment in support of Operation Inherent Resolve, March 6, 2017. The 621st CRW—America’s only CRW—is a unique, bi-coastal unit whose forces are primarily stationed at both JB-MDL and Travis Air Force Base, Calif. The 621st CRW consists of approximately 1,500 Airmen assigned to three groups, 11 squadrons and more than 20 geographically-separated operating locations aligned with major Army and Marine Corps combat units.
