USAF EC vice commander retires after 30 years of service

Maj. Gen. Kip Self, U.S. Air Force Expeditionary Center commander, and Col. Chuck Stiles, USAF EC vice commander, read over Colonel Stiles' retirement certificate from President George W. Buch during his retirement May 22, 2008, in the USAF EC's Grace Peterson Hall on Fort Dix, N.J. General Self served as the presiding officer for the ceremony.
