JOINT BASE McGUIRE-DIX-LAKEHURST, N.J.-- Maj. Gen. Bill Bender, U.S. Air Force Expeditionary Center commander, listens to instructions from Mr. John Witt, an artist with the Society of Illustrators, as he prepares to take photos and sketches of the general for use in future Air Force art projects, May 19.
