Ryan Seunarine, new public health NCO in charge at the U.S. Air Force Expeditionary Center's 421st Combat Training Squadron for being named the 2008 NCO of the Year for the 45th Aeromedical Dental Squadron at Patrick Air Force Base, Fla. Sergeant Seunarine, in his current position, will work directly with thousands of students each year through combat skills training. "We'd like to say congratulations to Ryan and we're extremely happy to have him aboard at the 4-2-1," said Master Sgt. Joseph N. Coyle, support superintendent and Independent Duty Medical Technician Program manager for the 421st CTS.
