Chief Master Sergeant Scott M. Warren is the Senior Enlisted Leader at the U.S. Air Force Expeditionary Operations School, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J. In this capacity, he advises the Commandant and Staff on matters influencing professional development, leadership, and skillsets to fight and win in any environment. He leads a total force team that prepares more than 60,000 mission-ready Airmen and teams each year for global operations. Under his guidance, the school executes expeditionary training and exercises within a single enterprise, generating a warfighter training system spanning from individual advanced skills through large-scale mission rehearsal for Units of Action delivering airpower from the ground up. He provides strategic advisement for more than 400 personnel across six geographic locations, strengthening Rapid Global Mobility and expeditionary readiness across the Air Force. The EOS includes the 34th Combat Training Squadron, 49th Combat Training Squadron, 421st Combat Training Squadron, 423rd Training Squadron, 435th Training Squadron, as well as the Academic Affairs and Mission Support Directorates - diverse teams united in a purpose to Train to Win!
CMSgt Warren entered the Air Force in August 2000 as a Satellite, Wideband, and Telemetry Systems Specialist. Throughout his career, he has filled numerous roles within the cyber and contingency response communities. Additionally, he has deployed in direct support of Operations Enduring Freedom, Freedom's Sentinel, Iraqi Freedom, Resolute Support, and multiple Presidential Support missions. He has been stationed in Georgia, Louisianna, the Republic of Korea, New Jersey, and Maryland. Prior to his current position, CMSgt Warren served as the Senior Enlisted Leader, 521st Contingency Response Squadron, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey.
